We offer three regular drop-in classes here at our centre in Bitterne Park. All classes are suitable for beginners and can be joined at any time.

Monday evenings Meditation and Buddhism for modern life 7.30 - 9.00 pm 

Thursday evenings Meditation for Beginners

7.30 - 9.00pm

Thursdays lunchtime Meditation-Relaxation-Inner Peace

12.10 - 12.50 pm  followed by lunch at 1.00 pm

Saturday mornings Teachings on Atisha's Advice 9.30-11.00 am

We also hold regular drop-in classes at both Solent University and Southampton University during term time. All University staff and students welcome.
