Peace of Mind
Saturday 25 September
External conditions cannot in themselves bring peace into our lives. Only by finding peace of mind can we enjoy real peace and freedom. Through learning to let go of our disturbing thoughts and feelings we can find real peace of mind. Meditation is the only effective way to achieve that.
Let Go of Attachment
Saturday 16 October
Attachment is a tendency to cling to the beautiful people and pleasant experiences that life brings us. It is the foundation for all relationship breakdowns, and also all our addictive self destructive habits. Through meditation we can gradually learn to release ourself from the pain and suffering of addiction, and be able to develop deep and meaningful loving realtionships with those who are close to us.
Working with Anger

Anger is our most painful violent destructive emotion. By learning to be mindful we can gradually release the chaotic angry feelings that harm ourself and others, and so begin to keep a peaceful constructive attitude towards the difficult situations life throws at us. We can develop a wisdom that helps us to destroy even our deepest resentments and angry tendencies.
Medicine Buddha Empowerment
Saturday 11 & Sunday 12 September
Gen Tharpa will grant the empowerment of Medicine Buddha and explain a powerful method to heal the inner and outer sickness of ourselves and others.
An empowerment is a special blessing ceremony enabling us to make a close connection with an enlightened being. These blessings help ripen our own potential for pure enlightened qualities.
